Upon receipt of your fragrance, you have 5 business days to initiate a return. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the unopened full-size bottle is securely packed in its original packaging. The return shipment must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Service team via email, and it must reach us within 10 business days from the date of your receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A handling fee of CAD 7.50 will be deducted per returned item from the refund amount.
