Returns & Refund policy
At WANI PERFUMES, we're committed to making returns and exchanges hassle-free for you. Experience our fragrances risk-free with our complimentary sampling option. When you purchase any full-size fragrance, we'll include a small sample of the same scent. Try the sample first; if it suits you, enjoy your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at info@waniperfumes.com
Upon receipt of your fragrance, you have 5 business days to initiate a return. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the unopened full-size bottle is securely packed in its original packaging. The return shipment must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Service team via email, and it must reach us within 10 business days from the date of your receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A handling fee of CAD 7.50 will be deducted per returned item from the refund amount. Once we receive and inspect the returned package, eligible products will be refunded within 5 business days.
The above policy applies to Full size perfume bottles only which come with a sample size bottle and the policy is mentioned below the respective product.
We do not accept any returns nor issue any refunds on orders other than Spray perfumes (covered in the above mentioned policy). Unless an email has been sent with the concern and acknowledged and agreed by our customer services team

Refunds
If a refund is approved under special circumstances, it will be applied to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process this payment and refund it to your account. The usual time duration for this is 1-5 working days.
The above return policy only applies to orders within Canada.
Non-returnable items
No items can be returned OR refunded unless our customer services team has approved it beforehand. Sales items and gifts cards aren’t eligible for returns.
Damages and issues
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect when it arrives at your location, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving it so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

We don’t have any exchange policy, however, if you have a specific problem, please email us, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
